1、噴針體全部采用進(jìn)口高密度陶瓷（其內(nèi)部如圖一）使得紗在噴針尖內(nèi)抽動(dòng)流暢，阻力小。明顯減少斷紗。
2、進(jìn)口高密度陶瓷既有陶瓷的耐磨，也有金屬的強(qiáng)度，噴針尖整體采用進(jìn)口高密度陶瓷，大大提高了噴針的壽命。
3、進(jìn)口高密度陶瓷既有硬度高，密度大的特點(diǎn)，針尖部位經(jīng)過(guò)鉆石砂輪高速磨光，可達(dá)到0.2vm的光潔度，水流阻力小，不產(chǎn)生紊流，使水流流速細(xì)而有力進(jìn)而提高織物的質(zhì)量。
4、噴體內(nèi)集束網(wǎng)采用金屬不銹鋼材料，目前在世界上屬于領(lǐng)先水平。超過(guò)同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品使用的塑料急束網(wǎng)。大大提高了使用的集束性能，及使用壽命。

Brief introduction of Korea MDH Ceramic Nozzle Products
With adoption of advanced formula technique and German precise machining center the products produced by thecompany are incomparably superior. From test made by textile industrial institution and applications at several users’ factories, it is concluded that the products are better than those of the same kind in many performances. The products have the following features:
1.Entire spray needle made of imported high-density ceramics(Its internal view is given in Fig.1.) lets yarn move smoothly in needlepoint, with small resistance and seldom be broken.
2.Imported high-density ceramics has a high hardness and a big density, and the needle point is ground at high speed with diamond grinding wheel to a finish of 0.2vm, thus resulting in a small water flow resistance and an absenceof turbulence. Thereby a fine and strong stream is so formed as to enhance quality of fabric.
3.Bundling net in nozzle, made of stainless steel, takes the lead in the world at presentand overwhelms plastic bundling net used in the same kind of products, thus greatly improving bundling performance and prolonging service life.
