機(jī)器用途
可采用滌綸和錦綸長(zhǎng)絲、晴綸絲、氨綸絲、滌綸變形絲、混紡紗等原料，編織平素織物、彈力織物和絨類織物的胚布，并經(jīng)相應(yīng)的后整理工藝加工后，可以生產(chǎn)服裝用織物，席夢(mèng)思面料和床罩、室內(nèi)裝飾和產(chǎn)業(yè)用織物。包括外衣、運(yùn)動(dòng)服、內(nèi)衣、泳裝、汽車內(nèi)裝飾、鞋子面料涂層織物和特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的網(wǎng)眼織物以及帶毛圈裝置和不帶毛圈裝置形成的毛絨織物。
機(jī)架由鋼板焊接的床身與墻板、頂梁組成。成圈機(jī)構(gòu)、編花裝置、送經(jīng)機(jī)構(gòu)、牽拉卷取機(jī)構(gòu)、主傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)均固定在機(jī)架上。

Application
It is suitable for using various of fibers ,such as Polyester, Polyamide, Acrylic, Spandex, textured filament yarn, blended yarn, to knit plaint fabrics, velour fabrics, etc. After passing the relative finishing process, these fabrics can be made into garments using, pattern bed cloth, bedspread, room decoration and industry using fabric etc, including coat, sportswear, underclothes , swimming wear, decoration inside car, shoes fabric, coating fabric, special frame mesh fabric, and pile fabric.
The frame is made of body、shaft、top rest. knitting elements、pattern device、let-off、pulling wind-up device、main drive are installed on the frame

成圈機(jī)構(gòu)
a.成圈機(jī)構(gòu)由能單個(gè)安裝糟針的針床、針芯床、沉降片床以及2~4把導(dǎo)紗梳櫛組成。
b.合理選擇機(jī)件的動(dòng)程值，保證高速運(yùn)行的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
c.大截面、空心鎂合金型材的采用，增加各針床剛度，有效減輕運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)件的運(yùn)動(dòng)慣量和動(dòng)力載荷。
d.計(jì)算機(jī)動(dòng)畫(huà)模擬成圈機(jī)件的配合運(yùn)動(dòng)，優(yōu)化得到良好的成圈與編織紗線的配合運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力特性，確保理想的織造質(zhì)量。
e.成圈機(jī)構(gòu)均采用先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化處理的偏心連桿機(jī)構(gòu)傳動(dòng)，該機(jī)構(gòu)選擇良好的機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)特征和動(dòng)力特征，減少了機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)加速度、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量。
f.使用高精度工藝設(shè)備和合理的工藝方法保證其精度。

Knitting elements
a)it's made of needle-bed、needle pin、sink bar and 2～4 guide bars.
b)Selecting the suitable moving data to guarantee high speed.
c)Stable hollow-section magnesium alloy materials increase the rigidity of needle bars and effectively reduce the weighting load and moment inertia.
d)Based on the latest computer-aided animation to simulate the motion of knitting elements, the machine obtains the optimum technique to ensure that the yarns are safely inserted into the needles to get uniform and stripe-free fabric appearance.
e)By means of latest computer technology to optimize Eccentric Lever Components, the machine considerably reduces the acceleration and moment inertia of knitting elements.
f)High-tech production facilities and advanced technical standard ensure the highest precision.

編花橫移機(jī)構(gòu)
a.N型花紋機(jī)構(gòu)，采用花盤凸輪或曲線鏈塊，帶有行程變換裝置
b.編花裝置由編花凸輪或由編花鏈輪與其他安裝的花形鏈條組成，計(jì)算機(jī)動(dòng)畫(huà)仿真高速凸輪曲線。
c.采用優(yōu)良的工藝方法和高精度工藝設(shè)備保證編花凸輪使用精度。

Pattern drive device
1. Pattern cams or N-type chain links with suitable transmission gear ratio.
2. Pattern drive device is made up of pattern cam or pattern chain-wheel and the pattern chain.

送經(jīng)機(jī)構(gòu)
新型的EBA電子送經(jīng)系統(tǒng)或EBC送經(jīng)系統(tǒng)。電子送經(jīng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)和電子控制技術(shù)，系統(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)單、可視性強(qiáng)，人性化程度高，送經(jīng)量控制更精確，可織造出布面效果更好的胚布，設(shè)備布局更簡(jiǎn)潔，并且有整機(jī)能耗小，噪音低的特點(diǎn)。

Yarn let-off device
EBA-system or EBC-system adopts advanced computer and electrical-control technique. This system exists the advantages of easy-control、strong-visual 、high humanity and it is easier to survey and manually adjust yarn run-in values for perfect fabric quality. Moreover, it is suitable for least energy consumption and lowest noise and tidy lay out machine.
