德爾特超塑合金屬槽筒是采用日本高新技術(shù)研制、開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售。是為滿足紡織行業(yè)不斷對(duì)紗線質(zhì)量越來越高的要求以及不斷趨向于絡(luò)筒機(jī)高速化而研制、開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)的高新技產(chǎn)品。
現(xiàn)已開發(fā)生產(chǎn)有多種規(guī)格的金屬槽筒，可用于絡(luò)制各種不同錐度筒子及平行筒子，供整經(jīng)、染色、并紗、并捻、針織、無梭織布等工序使用，適用于棉、麻、毛、絹、化纖及混紡纖維絡(luò)紗。
●采用超塑性成形技術(shù)、高精度模具、氣漲成形工藝，保證槽筒精確的槽形。
●最佳槽形設(shè)計(jì)，槽筒具有優(yōu)良的導(dǎo)紗性能，適應(yīng)性廣。
●選用新型合金材料，強(qiáng)度高、重量輕、剛度好、防靜電、絡(luò)紗質(zhì)量高，提高效率。
●采用新型光飾技術(shù)，表面粗糙度Ra<0.8um.
●表面鍍硬鉻，硬度HV900以上，耐磨經(jīng)用。
●微機(jī)動(dòng)平衡校正，槽筒每端殘余不平衡“質(zhì)徑積”mr<25g.mm
●電子導(dǎo)紗儀檢測，有可靠的質(zhì)量保證體系。
