RLYR6001-I系列熱風(fēng)拉幅定型機(jī)采用鑄造成型軌道、加油潤(rùn)滑，適用于真絲、毛麻、棉、化纖等機(jī)織物的拉幅和熱定型。
　　本機(jī)采用交流變頻技術(shù)，PLC控制變頻同步調(diào)速，實(shí)現(xiàn)了各主動(dòng)單元同步精確和主要工藝參數(shù)在線監(jiān)控。故障顯示功能可以讓用戶及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地排除故障，以達(dá)到最少的停機(jī)時(shí)間，創(chuàng)造最大的生產(chǎn)效益。
　　RLYR6001-I series stenter mashine is applicable to tentering and hotsetting of the machine-woven fabrics of naturics of natural silk,cotton ,wool and jute,etc.
　　This machine applies an AC frequency-conversion technique and PLC to have an in-process supervision and control for a precise synchronous movement of every active element and over the main techchnological parameters.Its abnormal problems timely and precisely,therefore,to minimize the machine stop time and maximize the production efficiency.
