【TTMN訊(攝像:劉克超 記者:劉曉玲 編輯:周歡 )】德國(guó)萊默爾公司創(chuàng)建于1919年,是世界上最領(lǐng)先的糾偏導(dǎo)正系統(tǒng)制造商之一。對(duì)紡織、造紙、瓦楞紙板、塑料膜、橡膠、輪胎,金屬膜和無(wú)紡布等材料在加工過(guò)程中,所有發(fā)生的糾偏問(wèn)題,提供全方位一次性解決方案。德國(guó)萊默爾公司總部設(shè)在德國(guó)(Augsburg),于2003年在杭州成立分公司——萊默爾(杭州)機(jī)電設(shè)備有限公司,負(fù)責(zé)中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)的產(chǎn)品銷售和售后服務(wù)工作,并在青島、天津、無(wú)錫、佛山、石獅、成都等地設(shè)有辦事處。

劉曉玲:觀眾朋友們大家好,我是TTMN記者劉曉玲,這里是第十六屆上海國(guó)際紡織工業(yè)展的展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),現(xiàn)在我們走進(jìn)的是萊默爾機(jī)電設(shè)備有限公司,非常榮幸有請(qǐng)到該公司的集團(tuán)執(zhí)行長(zhǎng)默克先生和大中國(guó)區(qū)執(zhí)行董事游總接受我們的采訪。
Liu:Hello.
劉曉玲:你們好。
Mok:Hello,nice to meet you.
默克:你好,見到你很高興。
游總:謝謝你。
Liu:First of all, I want you to make a brief introduction about your company.
劉曉玲:首先,您能對(duì)貴公司做一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的介紹嗎?
Mok: Erhardt Leimer is a familiar old company.
We'll celebrate the 95th anniversary next year, so we have a long history.
And our routes are basically in textile industry.
That's the reason why the show here is a very important show for us.
We areoriginally coming from textile industry.
默克:萊默爾公司是一家廣為人知的老牌公司,明年我們將舉行公司95周年紀(jì)念,萊默爾公司可謂是歷史悠久。我們公司主要是做紡織工業(yè)的,所以這次展會(huì)對(duì)我們來(lái)說(shuō)非常重要。其實(shí),我們公司最開始就屬于紡織業(yè)。

Liu: Is this the first time that you participate in this kind of exposition?
劉曉玲:這是您第一次參加這類展覽會(huì)嗎?
Mok: No, we are exhibiting in many industries in china since several years.
So we are quite used to professional approach on the show.
默克:不是的,幾年前我們就已經(jīng)參加過(guò)許多中國(guó)的行業(yè)展會(huì)了,因此我們對(duì)這類展會(huì)的專業(yè)程序是很熟悉的。
Liu: And I believe that every time you give us some surprises,
and for this exposition, what products you mainly want to introduce to us?
劉曉玲:我相信你們每次展會(huì)都會(huì)給我們帶來(lái)一些驚喜,對(duì)于此次展會(huì),您帶來(lái)了什么產(chǎn)品呢?
Mok: It's not a question at all.
Our standing system or our KR60 system,
it's the highlight beside our cutting device, our BTAT.
This product, the KR60, is wellknown in this market.
In the last decade, we sold approximately 100,000 systems in the Chinese market.
And I guess approximately 20,000 systems are running in the market at this moment.
So it's a kind of mission for E&L to update each year,
each three years the system with a new technology.
So we are very proud to exhibit the KR60 here in the Shanghai tex.
默克:這對(duì)我們來(lái)說(shuō)不是問(wèn)題。我們這次帶來(lái)的是我們的KR60系統(tǒng),它就是在我們的切割設(shè)備BTAT旁邊最高的那臺(tái)。KR60在市場(chǎng)上是很常見的,在過(guò)去的十年間,我們?cè)谥袊?guó)市場(chǎng)售出了大約十萬(wàn)個(gè),而且我猜現(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)上有2萬(wàn)個(gè)正在運(yùn)行。因此,萊默爾公司每隔一年、三年都要采用新的技術(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行升級(jí),這是我們的責(zé)任。所以KR60能在這次展會(huì)上進(jìn)行展覽,我感到非常自豪。
劉曉玲:說(shuō)到中國(guó)市場(chǎng),咱們公司肯定也是占了很大的份額,您能跟我們透露一下公司最近幾年的目標(biāo)或者市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向嗎?
游總:中國(guó)這幾年的發(fā)展是飛速的,而且在質(zhì)量上取得的成績(jī)是跳躍性的。這個(gè)上海紡機(jī)展我們過(guò)去20年基本都有參展的。最近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)的機(jī)械做得非常非常的好,這對(duì)中國(guó)的機(jī)械廠商,和我們這種做精密自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的外資企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),都是非常好的一個(gè)機(jī)遇。中國(guó)在我們整個(gè)集團(tuán)里面是屬于第一大的市場(chǎng),我們公司最近準(zhǔn)備把公司再擴(kuò)大,包括生產(chǎn)、研發(fā)人員、業(yè)務(wù)都再擴(kuò)大。這是我們未來(lái)五年一個(gè)很大的展望。
劉曉玲:非常值得我們期待。
Liu: Then, facing the heavy situation of the whole textile market,
how do we reflect to this situation actively to get through the difficult time?
劉曉玲:如今整個(gè)紡織市場(chǎng)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,不容樂(lè)觀,我們公司準(zhǔn)備如何應(yīng)對(duì)這種局面呢?
Mok: I think, to what we discover, for us the textile market is not shrinking.
We expect a growth compared to last year for approximately 20%.
So I actually do not see a shrinking market within our business.
The reason behind is, a lot of customers want to upgrade their machines.
They do not invest new machines, so they upgrade their machines with new devices.
This is a chance for Erhardt Leimer, because with our components,
customers can increase the speed, and increase the accuracy, reduce waste.
So I think although when the textile industry is not so good,
we still have chance to sell our devices in the market,
we do not expect our business going down.
默克:以我們調(diào)查的結(jié)果來(lái)看,紡織市場(chǎng)并沒(méi)有每況愈下。與去年相比,我們預(yù)計(jì)公司今年會(huì)有大約20%的增長(zhǎng),我們并沒(méi)有看到任何蕭條的跡象。這其中的原因就是,許多顧客想對(duì)他們的機(jī)器進(jìn)行升級(jí),但是又不愿花錢買新的機(jī)器,因此會(huì)想辦法來(lái)升級(jí)現(xiàn)有機(jī)器。這對(duì)萊默爾來(lái)說(shuō)是個(gè)很好的機(jī)會(huì),因?yàn)橛辛宋覀児咎峁┑钠骷?,顧客可以得到速度更快、?zhǔn)確度更高的機(jī)器,還可以減少浪費(fèi)。所以,我認(rèn)為盡管現(xiàn)在紡織市場(chǎng)形式嚴(yán)峻,我們公司的產(chǎn)品仍然有市場(chǎng),生意不會(huì)走下坡路的。
Liu: Yeah, of course.
劉曉玲:是的,那當(dāng)然了。
劉曉玲:游總,今天是展會(huì)的第二天,您對(duì)于展會(huì)的成果還滿意嗎?
游總:相當(dāng)滿意。這一次比上一次的上海展更大,各個(gè)廠商投入的更多,而且機(jī)器質(zhì)量增長(zhǎng)非???。
劉曉玲:嗯,我們也注意到我們的展臺(tái)每天也是吸引了非常多的客戶駐足。
Liu: The last question, what's your expectation for the next 3 to 5 years?
劉曉玲:最后一個(gè)問(wèn)題,您對(duì)公司未來(lái)三至五年的發(fā)展有什么規(guī)劃嗎?
Mok: We have a clear growth strategy in all our brunches,
such as textile industry, paper and rubber and tile industry.
We already have 7 stations in China, meanwhile have 130 people employed here.
And I think with continuous design to cost program,
we can explore the market much more than in the past.
默克:我們對(duì)所有的分公司都制定了明確的發(fā)展策略,包括紡織工業(yè)、造紙工業(yè)、橡膠工業(yè)、陶瓷工業(yè)等。我們?cè)谥袊?guó)已經(jīng)成立了7家分公司,已經(jīng)有130名員工。我相信,在公司成本方案的不斷完善下,我們一定能夠挖掘出更大的市場(chǎng),取得比去年更大的成功。
Liu: Then we also have the strong faith that your company will achieve big success

劉曉玲:我們也堅(jiān)信貴公司在未來(lái)一定會(huì)大獲成功,很高興能在這見到您。
